 There is no NEW TWIST. the principle is to Tranmsmit on Frequnecies
 used by Other Licenced people. IN theory power levels below 100
 Milliwat don't porvide too much problem. BUTR to get any coverage you
 need ot use THOUSANDS of Transmitters. That means that you are
 Saturating the RF spectrum with NOISE. That Degrades even the best
 Reciever and is called "Interference". Interference that is totaly
 UNJUSTIFIED.
