CA>TW> Wel if you8 are a Ham Rado Operator or a Shortwave CA>TW> listwenmer the Broadband over power lines is a total CA>TW> Disaster. In come cases in the triaals it has even CA>TW> inrterfered with Fire and Police Frequencies. It is CA>TW> posabibly one of the WORST Ideas the Idiots in Washington CA>TW> have approved. CA>I've heard about problems. Maybe they've come up with a new CA>'twist'? There is no NEW TWIST. the principle is to Tranmsmit on Frequnecies used by Other Licenced people. IN theory power levels below 100 Milliwat don't porvide too much problem. BUTR to get any coverage you need ot use THOUSANDS of Transmitters. That means that you are Saturating the RF spectrum with NOISE. That Degrades even the best Reciever and is called "Interference". Interference that is totaly UNJUSTIFIED. --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ This note from El Cajon California USA* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
