I am sure it is.  From what I have seen thus far in the cold, cruel world
40% would be an underguesstimate if looking at private - whatever private
means.

Probably not enough tax incentive to offset the cost of the subscription as
opposed to running pirated sofware and no subscription.  Also what MS
thinks 'commercial' is and what everyone else thinks 'commercial' is just
might be two completely different things.
