What I was saying is, the transferance of responsibility. One
example: The manufactoring company of ladders loses a suit over
a person using their ladder on a manure pile, and falling (a
dummy) and he won. A transferance of responsibility.
Another example comes form the US congress as the decency of
comunition act. If inforced to the letter of the law, every BBS
could be fined or closed down... as one four letter word in any
message would be just cause for a fine or ???? I should add the
holy smoke echo would just die if that law was enfouced.
But I have a hard time finding a person uploading a disassembled
virus to a echo like VIRUS_NFO could be charged for incitement!
