They don't as far as I know.  The Task Force i am speaking of is based
here in Cornwall Ontario and is concerned with the smuggling from the
Island (Cornwall Island) which straddles the Canada/US border and is
part of the reserve.  Hope that explains it better.  I haven't heard
much from them lately. Hope they haven't changed freqs.
