     That is absolutely insane!  Linden has played his entire career 
with the Canucks, he has never whined and complained, he has always put 
the team first, he has always given his best, and he knows the team 
better.  Trevor has earned his C, you just don't take it away because 
some superstar has arrived on the scene (even if he is cut from the same 
cloth).
     BTW the captain's C does not go to the best player, but the best 
leader, and that's Trevor Linden.
