Unfortunately, BSA does not allow for one person to hold a ranking leadership
position (ie SM and CM). Our council looks closely at it and literally burns
those who try. We have an extremely _UNFRIENDLY_ council here. 8-(
My current council has to be the most money hungry, chincy council I have
ver
seen and I've seen at least 4 others and was a member of 3 of them.
You may hold a SM and ACM positions or CM and ASM positions but not both.
Stupid rule but it has it's reasons that do make some sense.
