Can't actually say as I wouldn't know one from the other.
The PCI's are between 2/3rds and 3/4 length of the one ISA slot.

So it's 1 ISA, 1 AGP video with Voodoo Banshee card and 5 PCI
slots four of which are available.
A 3COM network card takes up the 5th PCI slot.
