I'd agree with this and I'd suggest someone with experience in holding
er^Hlections be asked to oversee them.  Perhaps Dave Hatch or Denise Webber
would assist in this role?

I don't agree with this.  I reckon this area can be quickly cleaned up.
However, there are always new people turning up in an area who may need to
be brought into line.  Therefore, if there is to be a moderator, it should
be a permanent position.
