I cited 80% because it is a current benchmark or standard, whether from
the industry or DOE, I don't know. So, no,  65% is not an unlikely
figure.

I was looking at some PSU's and saw some pretty new models that claimed
only 65%.  Are these something to run from, or are they just being
conservative in their ratings?
