Well, what success have you had with talking to Frank Nitzsche on (02) 9296 3053?

I've raised Paul's case with Peter Darling at Telstra. If I'm not happy
with the response, Peter Shore (manager of Telstra Commercial and Consumer)
is going to receive a letter from me.
