By that very definition it is a term used in C. I said nothing about a
macro. I said only that maxint was defined. It does appear in italics on
the left hand side, doesn't it? Read what you yourself wrote: "other
terms are defined ....".
It is a little tiresome to be told that "defined" means
"not defined".
