Hi everyone.

I am currently working on a code of conduct for this echo, I think the best
thing to do is leave the echo open to private traders as well as 
commercial.

Comercial traders should identify themselves as such, regardless of the
goods on offer being new or secondhand. We all like to know who we are
dealing with.

The main thing at this point is to remove all the chatter from the echo.

All Posts in this echo _will_ be related to the sale of goods, if you are
not offering anything for sale or responding with an offer to buy you are
off topic.

If you think a message is off topic, chances are I do as well, if you reply
to that off topic message *you* are also off topic. Let _me_ deal with
people  who infringe on the rules.

"I can get that cheaper somewhere else you are ripping people
off" type messgaes are off topic.

Bad language is not acceptable, all posters will be treated with courtesy.
 
Three warnings and you get a holiday.

Anyone that wishes some input on the rules may do so by Netmail, I am 
interested to know what you people expect from this echo.
