Apple refers me to somebody whose phone is always busy.  I'm trying somebody 
local...they're suppossed to get back to me.

Well, I found out they're not as stupid around here as I thought....maybe. 
All of the phone lines are now digital !  On the other hand, the day the 
telephone repair guy was in, we wanted him to convert one line to analog. He 
said he could do it, he just needed a work order.  So we had to send a work 
order in...and now we're going on two-weeks waiting on something he could 
have easily done the day he was here !   SIGH !
