If you can build fighters from scratch, you can build parts.  What else are
fighters made of?

And if they could build parts, why not build them for their F14s?

Fox news did a piece which compared the academic level of the main
protestors with that of members of the administration.  People who barely
graduated high school aren't really capable of criticizing such a complex
operation.
