Uhuh.... so, you are basically given a disk, and upload it to the modem in
some fashion?

I have a Banksia MyFastModem, which can be upgraded to 33.6k. To achieve
this, the modem must be returned to Banksia. I would then assume that the
Banksia cannot be upgraded in the same fashion as the USR.
