Lift your telephone's handset. Dial 013. When you hear the human operator,
say "The Office of Fair Trading and Business Affairs". You will
be told a number. Write this number down. Replace the handset. Wait 2
seconds. Lift the handset. Dial the number you wrote down. When you hear
the human operator, ask to be mailed the necessary forms to make a
complaint to the Small Claims Tribunal. Replace the handset. Wait a few
days. Complete the forms that arrive in your mailbox. Mail them in. Await
your refund.

The Roadster is moderately useful as a device for wedging open the door of
your neighbor's budgie cage. It is of little or no use as a
telecommunications device.
