A very minor release:

- Dropped the timezone portion from the VIA kludge... for now.

- Fix for the internal editor not updating the "highest" message counter
  when a new message is entered... it tested here fine?

- Fix in Config-Advanced-Security/Miscellaneous when D'Bridge is used
  on consoles larger than 25 lines.

- "Querying modem" in Config-COMM/Modem can be aborted if you believe there
  is a problem. By default, D'Bridge tries 3 times to query the modem in
  that setup screen.

- Slightly reduced disk access in the Unpack/Toss cycle.

- Adjustments to the ClockSync functionality. Note that this should not be
  configured unless you are using a "real DOS" computer and are not using
  anything else to sync the clock.

- Tagline functionality defaults to disabled for new installations.

- Minor code improvements.

- Phased out the term "Setup Wizard". Its a program, not a magician.

- Minor improvements to some of the F1-Help screens and user manual.

- Colour change in the Installation screen.

- More cowbell for G00R00.
