In the classes I've taken from Mr. Ayoob, and the tapes of his that I've
watched, he almost always prefaces his advice by stating that the legal
information he is giving are the "general rules of the road", and
"should be" applicable in most states.
I have never gotten the impression from him that what he says is
universally true. He does put qualifiers in there.
