It's a CLI actually. With a "bloatware GUI kludge" on top of it. But without
the GUI, a lot of OS2's strong points are lost.

I'm neutral. If it does what I want to do, and what I am using doesn't, I
will change. Win95 currently does what I want. I have no need to change.
If Windows stops doing what I want, I will change. No sooner.
