GH> Hi all, GH> In regards to self-election of a moderator, temp or not GH> - NO WAY. If there is to be an election, let the echo GH> go unmoderated until an election finalises a moderator. I don't understand your aversion to a moderator. If you are worried about censorship (or whatever) then why dont you make up a "bill of rights" or a "constitution" that both the moderator and the echo participants are bound to. Most people would agree that in general case, that a trading echo should be restricted to trading, be it commercial or otherwise. Complete freedom is fine, but most people cannot handle it and it gradually gives way to chaos. A "moderator" in my mind would be there to kick out the twits, not comment on the content of the messages if generally relevant to trading. If people kept thier messages about trading, a moderator would not be neccesary, but obviously of late they have not and as a result there is pandemonium. For the record, i am NOT interested in the job :) Cheers Brett --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Space Now!
