Except that your "ageement" theory leads nowhere.

And there is enough truth -- in the form of American-supplied tanks,
aircraft, helicopters, rifles and ammunition -- to lend credence to
their propaganda.

Therefore I do NOT propose to attack the problem by convincing them of
the "truth" as others see it.

I propose to attack the problem by attacking the real causes -- bringing
about a Palestinian state, and recognizing the Palestinians as fully
human and with the same rights as anyone else.

To this, security conditions should be added -- BOTH the Palestinians
and Israelis should be safe from attacks from the other side.  That is
best achieved by getting Israeli women and children out of the West Bank
(which would both make them safer AND remove a major greviance on the
Palestinian side.)

I would offer compensation to both sides -- to those Israelis who chose
to return to Israel, and to those Palestinians who lost homes due to
Israeli action.
