A fan on the CPU, video cards have fans on them now, Add some HDD fans (two on a drive slot adapter) and we can have pretty darn close to 120 watt draw, and I'm sure we can find more places to put more fans. Not to mention some USB powered fans for personal comfort! But my question is, if we don't put that many fans on our PSU, how does it know it needs to reserve some power for the nonexistent fans?
