InJoy is great as a dialer replacement for the dial other providers portion
of the bonus pack. Note that you are using a very old version of OS2 and many
changes to the base code have been released in the interveening years.
Install the bonus pack IAK and then get InJoy and use it to dial.

Configuring IP under WinOS2 is significantly more difficult than using native
packages. Use Netscape/2 for your mail and news and you will probably be good
to go and start experimenting with WinOS2 apps.
