The fees, taxes and other costs are similar to all other businesses.  
Basically, anyone who is in any business is viewed by taxing authorities as a 
source of revenue.  If you have even one employee, the hassle quadruples.  
Any accountant or tax preparer can get you set up for it all. Programs such 
as Quicken can relieve some of the accounting pain, but the $$ still go out.
