AM>> That's not an end user's kind of answer. RB> BUT IT IS a USR Customer Support kind of answer RB> Are you going for a Support job for USR Australia and trying out your RB> "Canned answer" list on us first, John RB> We will then see lots of " we are not permitted to answer that question RB> as we are contracted under an NDA" ....Non Disclosure Agreement. Reminds me of the position Microsoft took on Dos 5, when it was proven to erase disks of a certain size. You had to contractually agree to NEVER TELL ANYONE that the fault existed in order to obtain the fix from them. (Contract sighted, content personally vouched for. *I* didn't have to sign it.) USR have a certain deadly similarity. Even down to the Sportster/Courier scam of several years back, mapping almost one to one with "Most of you steal your software" (tm Bill Gates). A eager desire to steal from customers is not an endearing trait. The 61 SDL saga is that at a minimum. All we need now is a local source of shit, and the picture's complete, a fit partner for Netcomm. Go back home, USR. You've done enough harm already. Regards, Dave Hatch.
