That the kicker, the things are useless.  They are about the size of your
thumbnail.  And yes they clog intakes and other things.  Zebras are a salt
water import.  A pest.  But there are so many of them they have filtered
Erie clean.


Salt Water imports are the scourge of the Lakes.  alvines,, sea lampreys,
zebra mussels.  All of them rode in on freighters.
