Michael Jonathan Green, of Maryland, to be Special Representative and
Policy Coordinator for Burma, with the rank of Ambassador. (New Position)

Steven C. Hollon, of Ohio, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the
State Justice Institute for a term expiring September 17, 2010, vice Robert
