Hello All!
Since beginning as a new rider I have found that the carbo-energy
bars really do help keep the stamina up. I have found the Clif
bars to be the most palatable. The also provide the boost I need
to run harder and longer than I can without them. This could
just be that I am new to all this. I am sure once you get "built
up" it will be easier. For now it really helps and the recovery
is not nearly so long or tiresome.
