That's the one I have and it works well. However, it does not share
it's IRQ worth a darn. So I would never have my full compliment of USB
ports as the modem would shut one channel down, which one depending on
which slot I put it in. I finally gave up and switched to an external
serial modem.

I forgot about that one, I have it buried somewhere here, came with the
modem. Was a quick way of determining the address & IRQ. With com.sys
you choose the com port and if one is free in the 1 - 4 range it is
preferable to 5 up as the low ones are compatible with the most older
apps that use a modem.
