The inter-echo tournament is currently waiting on one of the following to occur:

(1) The eight team member of the CHESS team to confirm access to CHESS_TOURNEY.

(2) The identification of a ninth 'alternate' who does have access to CHESS_TOURNEY.

Once one of the above happens, the tournament will get underway. The nature
of the tournament is a round robin format with each player from each team
playing each player from the other team.

Mr. Attig is the chief TD; if you have any more detailed questions, he
would be the person to direct those to.
