Raids are very risky affairs -- you can't generalize.  Each one must be
considered based on the situation.

I would say if we find Saddam in any country, and the operation looks
feasible, we should go in and get him.

There, I agree.  But we are already at war, and have been since 9/11.  We
must not shrink from doing what must be done.
