This looks like a later version of the M7F but fitted with M34F like ROMs. 
First the latest M7F and then the M34F that I have used here both showing
the prefered profiles

I'd use the M34F profile to set up your modem and work from there. 

The modem may well have a built-in help.  Try entering AT? - this should
bring up the help and explain the settings.  You may not need the manual.
