I personally am not in favor of term limits. I think they can be arbitrary
and are just an excuse for people.
Yes, there may be times when leadership needs to be turned over, but there
are also times when a leader is doing a great job. We shouldn't turn
him/her out just because a certain period of time has passed. We should
take our vote seriously and exercise that vote.
