I'm starting to wonder. it seems they weren't "accidental" i.e. I
reckon mil humint did it purposely & "systematically" as it
would allow them to
bring them out as leverage over the person post release. If you note
most of the stories wrt post 9-11 interogation the fact that pictures were
taken crop up in most of them.
