 Perhaps all would be Better served if he was told to tell his "Friend"
that NO Ham unit is Authorized to Transmitt on Any other Frequency
EXCEPT a Ham Frequency. And Yes MARS and CAP is allowed with Proper
Paperwork. BUT NO HAM unit is Approved for Transmitting on any other
Frequenct no matter WHO you Work for.
