    I have no idea, Winston. You should address the question to Microsoft,
really. It's their program. I dislike both VU and Emacs, so I use neither.

    I'm not even sure I still have M.exe. My C modules seldom exceed one
screen page per function, so any text editor will do for that. This is
policy in order to keep the code readable and understandable, especially
when you have not looked at it for three years or more.

    However - a long time ago the FidoNet Nodelist was 3 MB long, and
sometimes it was necessary to look at it. The bigger editor was handy for
that.
