President Bush announced today the designation of a Presidential Delegation
to attend the International Forum Commemorating the 75th Anniversary of
Holodomor in Kyiv, Ukraine on November 22, 2008.

The Honorable William B. Taylor, Jr., United States Ambassador to Ukraine,
will lead the delegation.

Members of the Presidential Delegation are:

The Honorable Marilyn Ware, Former United States Ambassador to the Republic
of Finland

The Honorable Lorne Craner, President, International Republican Institute
