| subject: | MOTOROLA LIFESTYLE 3400 |

Doing an AT*H should bring up a list of commands on the modem. One should also be aware that the Lifestyle only has Class 1 (EIA 578 or ITU-T T.31) fax capabilities. Also, their is no upgrade to 33600 bps capable V.34. Although Lewin Edwards has stated that these modems were difficult to setup, I found the trickiest modem to setup was the Multi-Tech MT2834ZDX, although Multi-Tech were helpful in answering queries. --- msgedsq 2.1* Origin: Camelot Swamp MJCNA, Hawthorndene, Sth Australia (3:800/812) SEEN-BY: 50/99 54/99 620/243 623/630 640/820 711/430 808 934 712/311 407 505 SEEN-BY: 712/506 517 623 624 628 704 841 888 713/317 714/906 772/20 800/1 2 SEEN-BY: 800/409 415 422 427 442 448 449 453 455 456 459 805 806 810 812 816 SEEN-BY: 800/822 843 846 @PATH: 800/812 1 712/624 711/934 |
