Thanks heaps for those legislative proposals.  I got maybe 25% through the
800K main act to replace the '91 one, before my eyes just glazed over :)
but I'll get back in there soon, promise ..

If you wish it to be released, it's already in a requestable (but
nonlisted) area here .. you need only mention its name and that it's here
too ..
