He and I are having the same problems. but I decidced to use a utility called 
Get day that sets an environment varible with the current day and test by 
that. so my main event file does certain things based by day. But incidently 
could there be different flavors of Opus out there? I mean some Opus 1.73a 
software sounds less flaky than others.
