      Title: Hot Bacon, Cheese and Scallion Topping

      Yield: 10 servings
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      8 oz Cream chese, softened
      4 oz Sharp Monterey Jack cheese,
           Shredded
      2 tb Very finely chopped
           Scallions
      8 sl Crisply fried bacon,
           Crumbled
  Mix mayonnaise and cheeses until well belnded and smooth. Blend in
  onions and bacon. Spread on bagels and heat under the broiler until
  topping bubbles slightly. Do not burn. Makes 10 to 14 servings.
