Yep.  Within the last month.

No, but it works quite nicely (and is actually faster than most software I've run).

It's similar to RA than anything else, but it is a "one-off" -
not exactly like RA, but has a lot more features.  It can use RA-specific
programs, etc, but PB supports Squish, FILES.BBS, and other nice things
that I like.
