John, at 21:00 on Jan 18 1997, you wrote to All ... JP> I've been told that the Courier does NOT support fax Class JP> 2. Is this true? Yes, it most definitely does NOT support class 2! JP> I have been wanting to use my Courier for receiving faxes, JP> but it seems that Class 2.0 is not common enough, and Class JP> 1 doesn't seem desirable either. The "class" is at your end only. No other fax/modem needs to support it in order for you to use it. I think you are confusing it with "group" which is the protocol used between the two fax machines. Class has to do with how YOUR computer talks to YOUR fax/modem.
