For carry/duty use?  4# SA, a tiny bit of takeup but a nice clean break.  
And a similar trigger on any other gun you use regularly.
But I don't carry any SA pistols for defense, so this is only what I 
think I'd want.  I'll take my traditional DA-- a well broken in S&W 
or HK USP trigger.
