The Windsor/Detroit roam free zones were established due to a
steady barage of adjustment requests from customers of the
various carriers getting roaming charges while on their own side
of the river.  There may soon be such a zone with Rochester
Cellular Mobile which has a great signal into Port Hope Ontaio.
And I wasn't even near lake Ontario when I picked up the signals
from some cellular carrier in NY state around Brockville Ontario.
I called the firm's customer service and advised they were loud
and clear in Ontario and could cut back on the plower of their
antennas pounting out at the lake.
Actually I can hit the Toronto cell site for a while due to a
bend in the lake then go back to long distance then am right in
the Toronto area.
... ARRRRRGGGHHH!!!! ... Tension breaker, had to be done.
