Seating: Section 5C, $300 Number of Tickets: 2
Payment Plan: Six payments
Donation Type: No donation at this time. Handling Fee: $40
Important Information
Due to the limited number of tickets available for the Ring, we cannot
guarantee all applications
will be accepted. The priority assigned to any one application and the
resulting seating allocation
will be based upon:
1. Applicant's relationship with the COC, as a subscriber and donor,
including gifts to the Ring Cycle.
2. The date applications are received by the COC.
Aside from the non-refundable handling fee, no payment will be processed or
cheque deposited until
after the COC has sent notification to successful applicants, on or before
Dec. 15, 2004. At such
time, the full amount of any donation and a non-refundable deposit of 25%
of the ticket purchase
price will be processed. The balance of the ticket price is payable March
1, 2005 or in instalments
as described below. Payment in full must be received by June 1, 2006.

date. If your credit card expires before the payments are made, contact us
