It's the Marvel Superheroes dreamteam of Victorian England.  Holy crap that
sound cheesy.

Does explain the vampire chick, though, if you ignore that fact that all
those people were dead by the end of their respective novels. I'm surprised
Frankenstein's monster doesn't put in an appearance.
