We've been over scanners in cars a thousand times but I
have a different twist.
Does anyone out there know the law concerning the use
of a scanner in a COMMERCIAL vehicle in general and in
the states of TN, KY, OH in particular?
I'm about to get my wife hooked (that would mean less
begging for money to buy new scanners) but she drives
an over the road rig and is worried about the legality
of it.
