Oh.  Well didn't see that here when running either a Zoom V.FC nor
twin V34s continuously since May of last year.  But virtually all
USRs over here are using UK code which has been refined by some
decent techies in USR (UK) so mebe they were catching something
latterly corrected in US code?  Just guessing...
