I love it.  Some pointy-haired manager figured that VB allows his slaves 
(aka programmers) to be more productive.  When the client later 
complains about the lack of execution speed, the manager can blame the 
programmers (excuse given to management) and tell the client to upgrade 
the hardware (excuse given to client).  In any case, this is just a 
prelude to the programming jobs being shipped overseas.
